RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn contract, including the cost of standard delivery, subject to the applicable statutory rules.

If you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Statutory Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases in which an exception provided by applicable law applies.

Any such exception will only be relied upon where its statutory requirements are fulfilled.
